Ellensburg Eruption

Saturday, September 29th, 2007

On Pro Wrestling Beyond's return to Ellensburg we see the return of Dash Venture, Daffney and Shark Boy. We also see some titles change hands, chairs flying into heads and one wrestler had to be looked at by paramedics. Be sure to also check out the wrestlers individual pages for more pictures from this show. Only 67 photos on this page, 95 total.
PWB Featherweight Title Match: Pointy Ninja vs Daffney

The first match of the night was the ever radiant Daffney taking on Pointy Ninja for his featherweight title. Needless to say, she destroyed the pointy little ninja and is now the PWB featherweight champion.

Dash Venture vs Larkin O'Shea
Dash Venture returns to PWB after almost a year in hiatusOn his return after a long hiatus, Dash Venture took on 'The Decimator' Larkin O'Shea. The last time O'Shea was in Ellensburg he had a mirror shattered over his face and left the ring covered in his own blood. After a few high flying misses by Dash, a chair was finally used on O'Shea outside the ring.

Lee Montana vs Kellen Raeth

After a few words from Cedric and his sidekick Dr. Kliever, Lee Montana, on his second appearance in the PWB, took on the familiar face of Kellen Raeth.

Aaron Bolo vs Dr. Kliever

The doctor prescribed plenty of pain for Bolo in another brutal meetup between these two powerhouses. The last time these two were in the ring together was at the Battle Royal at the previous Ellensburg show.

Marion Gein vs Death Eater
Marion Gein, making my list of people not to meet in a dark alleyMissing the regular referee for the show, guest refs took his place. The ref for this match was none other than Priest. A fact Marion Gein seemed well aware of. With pink goop oozing from his mouth, Gein pounded the crap out of both Death Eater and the ref. Death Eater was determined though and with countless blows to Gein's head, body and neck with a chair, he took the giant down.

WildCard, Christopher Ryseck, and Toxic Diva vs Astronomy and Daffney

After all the wrestlers entered the ring, including a memorable entrance by Daffney, the match began with Daffney and the Toxic Diva in the ring first. After a short stare off, Daffney made the first move. Daffney took a good amount of pain out in the ring, but with the help of the tag team Astronomy (Scorpio Knightmare and Syphon Taurus) they won the match. WildCard was upset with his teammates after the match and threw a fit.

Extreme Video Champion Title Match: Astro Imperial vs Ronnie Angel

This match for the Extreme Video Champion Title was just that, extreme. After an adorable entrance by Imperial with little Imperial, we were greeted to a much less adorable entrance by Ronnie Angel. No fire this time, but a ladder and table made an appearance. Astro Imperial first snapped a ladder with Angel's back. After the ladder incident blood starting pouring from the Grease's face. The match didn't end there though. Imperial and Angel took it far outside the ring. The Grease was finally placed on a metal table before Imperial came crashing down on top of him breaking the table and apparently Ronnie Angel in the process. Paramedics had to escort Angel from the room. The crushing defeat left Imperial as the new Extreme Video Champion.

PWB Heavyweight Title Match: Shark Boy vs Cedric the Hitman

The final show of the evening was Shark Boy accompnied by Shark Girl and Cedric the Hitman with Dr. Kliever at his side. After poking fun at Shark Boy, Cedric and him began the match for the PWB heavyweight title. As usual, Cedric and his cronie had a bag full of cheap tricks to give him the edge. Shark Boy played it fair with only a minimum amount of biting. To my surprise, the long, long time champ Cedric, who I though would never part with his precious belt, lost. The PWB has a new heavyweight champion, Shark Boy!
