Saturday, February 3rd, 2007 Hoss Tull vs Marian Gein vs ProZakk
Hoss Tull exchanged a few words with the audience and the psychotic Marian Gein made another great yet unpleasent entrance. The match got underway. A great match that included the mammoth Marian Gein getting a double suplex by Hoss and Prozakk. Marion Gein won the match after Hoss Tull went after Azul Angel leaving Prozakk to fend for himself. Leaving the ring, Prozakk's face was blue with envy. Well, blue with something. A word from the champ
Cedric the Hitman, current PWB Heavyweight Champion, enters the ring and after sharing a few pleasantries with the crowd, finds out he will have to draw a name out of a hat to choose his opponent for the title fight at the end of the night. He pulls Aaron Bolo from the hat and throws a tantrum and pulls another name. Turns out all the names are Bolo. He says it's Bolos last chance at the title, if he doesn't win, no more title shots. Slim Thug vs Franz Vanderoff
The match began with Vanderoff riding to the ring on a push broom and ended with Slim Thug being handcuffed for the uh... submission. Disturbing indeed. Four Way Feather Weight Title Match:
Pointy Ninja vs Masked Burlap vs Breakneck vs Star Child Breakneck and Star Child teamed up and knocked both Pointy Ninja and Masked Burlap out of the ring and began to wrestle each other. Burlap and Pointy Ninja made it back into the ring with the highlight being some great high flying moves by Breakneck. Pointy Ninja won the title when the Masked Burlap simply layed down and let himself be pinned. Steve Rush vs J.D. Mason
A new face, J.D. Mason came to the ring first, followed by Steve Rush. The last time I saw Steve Rush was at the Ladder Fetish show, where Aaron Bolo shattered a frying pan over his head. Rush ended the match when he wrapped a chain around his hand and knocked J.D. Mason flat to the mat. Coffin Match: Sloth vs Death Eater
After intermission, Sloth and his new manager Cheff entered the ring. A coffin was then rolled out to the ring which Death Eater arose from. The match ended with Sloth being put into the coffin. Cheff was really upset with Sloth and started running his mouth declaring that he wanted a match Sloth. Cheff's mouth stopped running when Sloth came bolting around the ring and laid Cheff out with a spinning rim to the back of his head. Extreme Video Title Match: The Grease vs Azul Angel
Next the crowd was introduced to Derek Drexl, the Greases new manager. Drexl, on the mic, brought a whole new level of hostility to Pro Wrestling Beyond. This led to even louder cheers with the appearance of the high flying Azul Angel. Azul won the match through disqualification when Drexl and Hoss Tull interefered, Grease retained the title. What happened after the match raised the decibel level to new heights. Drexl's mouth had the fans in an uproar, literally. It was by far the loudest moment of any Pro Wrestling Beyond Event I have ever attended. No Disqualification Tag Team Match:
Astronomy vs Christopher Ryseck and Kellen Raeth This was a double referee pin falls anywhere match. Chistopher Ryseck, The Ideal Reflection, brought a chair into the ring for this match, which him, Syphon Taurus, and Mr. Sexy (one of the refs) all got to know personally. Highlights of the match included Scorpio Knightmare flying out of the ring onto Ryseck and Kellen knocking them to the ground and again Scorpio Knighmare flying off the rope smashing someone through a table outside the ring. Regretfully, I was only able to get a shot of Scorpio leaving the top rope and missed the table cracking in two. Scorpio pinned Ryseck in the ring to a count out by one ref while at the same time Kellen pinned Taurus outside the ring and was counted out by the other ref. A double win. Heavyweight Title Match: Cedric the Hitman vs Aaron Bolo
With cheers for Bolo and the opposite for Cedric, the final match of the evening began. The match became brutal as the wrestlers took to grappling outside of the ring, even through the audience. The brutality didn't end when the wrestlers returned to the ring. Who won? Your new PWB heavyweight champion
