Slam Fest

Saturday, April 7th, 2007

The old champ offers the new champ a seatThe evening began with the new PWB World Champion, Aaron Bolo, and Death Eater, accompanied by Priest, entering the ring. Bolo had the mic but Cedric, the former champion, appeared and quickly found himself a seat. Cedric quickly put his seat to use by adding impressions of Death Eater and Bolo's heads into it. A great beginning to another great Pro Wrestling Beyond show.

Slim Thug fighting for his freedom against Marian Gein and Franz Vanderoff

Slim Thug entered the ring in what seemed to be an impossible match that he most certainly wouldn't win. Next came the monster Marian Gein and the very "friendly" Franz Vanderoff. Both had collars on their necks. Both Vanderoff and Gein were chained together. The first to remove the others chain and attach it to Slim Thug would be the winner. With the exception of some disturbing behavior by Vanderoff, a great match that could only be summed up with the word "MEAT!" as Marian Gein left the ring pulling a chain attached to Slim Thug's neck.

WildCard vs Travis Marcum

WildCard and Derek Drexl enter first and then Travis Marcum. Marcum and WildCard are both new faces. The match begins with WildCard pretending to have his eye's gouged by his opponent, the audience loudly tries to inform the ref of his less than manly tactics. At one point during the match Marcum comes flying out of the ring onto Drexl and WildCard sending all three to the floor.

Kellen Raeth vs J.D. Mason

I don't remember the outcome, but some hippies made an appearance at the end of the match.

Ronnie Angel and Hoss Tull vs Breakneck and Azul Angel

The Extreme Video Champion, Ronnie Angel, teams up with Hoss Tull to take on Azul Angel and Breakneck, the Luchadore Tag Team Mask Air Raid. Angel and Tull were accompanied by Derek Drexl, who had a few more choice words to share with his favorite audience from his favorite town. At the end of the match, Azul Angel was left on the ground outside the ring.

Tag Team Title Match: Astronomy vs Hippies

Tag Team champions Scorpio Knightmare and Syphon Taurus of Astronomy wrestled everyones favorite hippies, Cosmic River and Star Child, for the tag team belts. Highlights were the multiple wrestlers who went flying over the top ropes to come crashing down on the wrestlers and hard floors below. The champs retained their titles.

Big Ugly vs Christopher Ryseck

Big Ugly shattered Rysecks own mirror over Ryseck's back and let the audience clearly know who would be triumphant at the end of the match by standing still while Ryseck pointlessly tried to hit him.

Big Ugly and proud of it Ryseck hasn't got a prayer Big ugly letting Christopher Ryseck know who's in charge

Three-way Heavyweight Title Match: Aaron Bolo vs Cedric the Hitman vs Death Eater

The match was filled with high-flying, back-breaking, and bone-snapping moves from all three wrestlers. One of the most painful looking moves was Cedric wrapping his legs around Death Eater's neck while he hung off his back crushing the life out of him. Cedric was able to regain his title, but after what happened next, he may not have it very long.

Cedric the Hitman meet Big Ugly

Cedric finding the current PWB roster too pathetic to challenge him for his new title, he issues an open challenge for the belt. Big Ugly accepts his offer by delivering a bone crushing piledriver that left Cedric lifeless in the middle of the ring.
